What to clarify first

Overseas expansion is not a marketing campaign by default. Clarify whether the goal is lead generation, distributor search, incorporation, market validation, partnerships, or customer acquisition.

Digital angle

If the project includes landing pages, paid media, CRM, overseas enquiry routing, or lead follow-up automation, make sure those pieces serve the market entry plan rather than becoming disconnected tech spend.
